Terms And Conditions
Store Terms & Conditions
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any product sold through this store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Digital Product
All products sold through this store are digital software products delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.
2. Product Scope
CtrlPanel Sentinel Suite is a software addon suite intended for use with a compatible CtrlPanel installation. The buyer is responsible for ensuring their environment meets the required software, server, and compatibility requirements before purchase.
3. License Activation
A valid license key is required to activate and use premium features of CtrlPanel Sentinel Suite. License details are normally issued after purchase and may take up to 6 to 12 hours for delivery. If activation details are not received after that timeframe, the customer must contact support with their order information.
4. Delivery
Upon successful purchase, customers may receive access to downloadable files, setup documentation, installation resources, and related materials. Access may be provided instantly or after license processing, depending on the product and order review status.
5. Customer Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for:
reviewing the product description before purchase
verifying compatibility with their CtrlPanel installation
following the provided setup instructions
making backups before installation or modification
using the software lawfully and within the granted license terms
6. Installation and Configuration
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchases do not include full custom installation, server management, third-party hosting support, or bespoke development work. Installation assistance may be limited to documentation and standard support guidance.
7. No Unauthorized Redistribution
Customers may not resell, redistribute, share, leak, sublicense, publish, or give away any part of the product files, license materials, installation resources, source code, bundled assets, or related proprietary materials without explicit written permission.
8. No Claim of Ownership
All intellectual property rights, authorship rights, branding, software rights, and related ownership remain with the seller unless explicitly transferred in writing. Purchasing a product grants a license to use it, not ownership of the software itself.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital software products, all sales are generally final once the files, setup resources, or licensing materials have been delivered or made accessible.
Refunds will not normally be provided for:
change of mind
lack of technical knowledge
failure to read the description
failure to verify compatibility
server misconfiguration
third-party conflicts
delayed license use caused by the buyer
refusal to follow provided setup instructions
A refund may be considered only where required by law or where the seller determines, at their sole discretion, that the product was materially misrepresented.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact support first before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. Filing a fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback after receiving digital goods, access, setup materials, or licensing information may result in:
suspension or termination of license access
revocation of updates or support
denial of future purchases
evidence being submitted to the payment provider showing digital delivery and access
11. Support
Support is limited to the scope described in the product listing. Support does not guarantee:
custom coding
third-party plugin compatibility
server administration
unrelated panel issues
instant response times
Support may be provided through email, Discord, or other official channels listed by the seller.
12. Updates
The seller may provide updates, fixes, improvements, or compatibility changes at their discretion. Update availability may depend on license status, product edition, support status, or commercial activation status.
13. Product Changes
The seller reserves the right to modify, improve, rename, repackage, discontinue, or restructure the product, licensing model, included modules, documentation, or delivery process at any time.
14. Service Availability
Some features may rely on hosted services, licensing APIs, remote verification, or third-party integrations. The seller is not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by external providers, infrastructure outages, force majeure, or customer-side misconfiguration.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller shall not be liable for:
lost revenue
lost customers
lost data
service interruption
hosting downtime
indirect damages
incidental damages
consequential damages
business interruption
failed deployments
third-party conflicts
Use of the software is at the customer’s own risk.
16. Backup Requirement
Customers must make full backups of files, databases, and existing configurations before installing or updating the product. The seller is not responsible for damage caused by failure to maintain backups.
17. Acceptable Use
Customers may not use the product for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, malicious, or unauthorized purposes. Licenses may be suspended or revoked if the software is used in violation of these terms.
18. Termination
The seller reserves the right to suspend, deny, or revoke access to licenses, files, updates, or support in cases involving:
payment fraud
abuse
harassment
unauthorized redistribution
license misuse
violations of these terms
19. Governing Interpretation
These terms shall be interpreted according to the seller’s published store rules and applicable law where required. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
20. Agreement
By purchasing, downloading, activating, or using any product sold through this store, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
