Merchant Responsibility

Refunds and returns are managed solely by the merchant from whom the product was purchased. Each merchant on ctrlpanel may have its own policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns. We strongly recommend reviewing the specific merchant’s policies before making a purchase.

How to Request a Refund or Return

If you wish to request a refund or initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact the Merchant: Reach out to the merchant directly through the communication channels provided on their store page. Provide your order details and clearly explain your request.

  2. Review the Merchant’s Policy: Familiarize yourself with the merchant’s refund and return terms to understand the eligibility criteria and process.

  3. Resolve Directly with the Merchant: Any agreement or resolution regarding refunds or returns must be made between you and the merchant.

Disputes and Escalations

If you experience difficulties in resolving your issue directly with the merchant, ctrlpanel offers limited support to mediate disputes. Please note, however, that our role is strictly as an intermediary, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
