Ticketsystem Discord Integration & Tweaks

This Addon will add the Following:

Users are able to close their own Tickets
Send Discord Notifications to a certain Channel when a Ticket is opened, Replied to by a customer and closed using Discord Webhooks

More tweaks are to come as a free update when someone suggests them.
