This complete addon is separated in two parts (both downloadable here):

• ServerSuspender
• ServerUnsuspender

ServerSuspender is a script that is ought to be run as a CRON job (or other depending of the OS). Basically, every time the script is running (should be run daily), it checks for servers that should be suspended/deleted, according to the rules in the config file.

ServerUnsuspender is an Express server that the user should connect to if he wants to unsuspend his server. When he connects, he needs to complete a captcha (to make sure he isn't a bot) and to click on a button. Afterward, the server unsuspends his server.
